New world record for a street-legal motorcycle race will be supported by a Honeywell Garrett turbocharger

Elmar Geulen, famous for breaking every speed record on his motorcycle under the pseudonym of “Mr Hayabusa”, has now team up with Turbo Total GmBH who will be the specialized partner that will offer support with individually adapted turbocharger hardware.

TurboTotal GmbH is the German Honeywell Garrett Performance distributor with one of the largest web shops for Motorsport parts in Germany. Founded in 1996, along with STK Turbo Technik, one of the most established independent turbocharger specialists in the world, this family owned business is entrusted to offer an extensive performance package tailored to every need. Both being located in its almost 4000m2 extensive building complex.

The core competences of TurboTotal GmbH are turbocharged engines, prototyping and small series for racing and tuning range.

Bringing in a 20 years extensive knowledge and experience in the turbocharging industry, Stefan Kolberg – representing TurboTotal GmbH – has committed to  support Mr Hayabusa Team with a tailored made Honeywell Garrett turbocharger.

After extensive meetings at the Public Race Days in Hockenheimring and latest discussions at the SPORT1 Trackday in Nürburgring, Mr. Hayabusa & Turbo Total have set up their target for the next season – The goal is a world speed record for a street-legal motorcycle with fairing!

With this audacious plan in mind, Mr. Hayabusa is keen to set up new standard in the world of extreme road-licensed motorcycles.
